> If you remain in the apartment after two hours, you will be charged an additional night.

> No reservations can be made with JUNE APARTMENTS within your place of residence! Please contact us in advance if you would like to book in your own place of residence.

> In accordance with Sections 29 and 30 of the Registration Act and the Accommodation Statistics Act, we must register each guest by name. This also applies to all fellow travelers.

> By booking, you therefore agree to fully complete our registration form during online check-in.

> Smoking (cigarettes, vapes, shisha, etc.), parties, and excessive noise are not permitted, even in common areas (e.g., hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will result in a fee of €250 plus the cost of special cleaning and damage settlement.

> Commercial photography/videography without written permission, as well as illegal activities, are strictly prohibited!

> Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We charge €30 per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest.

> The costs for damage, loss, or excessive contamination caused by, for example, pets, must be reported immediately and will be charged to the primary guest.

> Video surveillance may be installed in public areas outside the apartments.

> Using one of our apartments requires a certain level of responsibility and consideration. Each guest is asked to be considerate of other guests in other apartments so that each of our guests can enjoy a completely undisturbed stay.

> The usual quiet hours between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m.
