House rules

Check-in time is 3 PM. Your freshly cleaned apartment will be available from 3 PM onwards. Check-out must be no later than 10:30 AM on your departure day.

Early check-in or check-out is possible subject to availability. Please contact us in advance to arrange this. If the apartment is not vacated by 11:00 AM on the day of departure, a fee of €50 will be charged. If the apartment is not vacated two hours after the check-out time, we will charge the price of an additional night.

Dogs are only permitted in our "Lotte" apartment on the ground floor. If pets are kept in another apartment in violation of these house rules, we reserve the right to charge an additional cleaning fee of €100. Our guests are responsible for their pets. Damage to the property or excessive soiling will also be charged, depending on the type and extent of the damage.

Save energy and water. Please remember to turn off lights, heating, and taps when they are not in use to conserve energy and resources.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire house. If smoking occurs, we will have to charge you a flat fee of €250 to cover the additional cleaning costs.

Overnight stays in our apartments are permitted only for the guests named in the reservation. We charge €30 per night for each unauthorized guest.

Responsibility and liability: Please report any damage or significant soiling in your apartment immediately. The guest is responsible for the costs of repair or restoration.

Commercial photography is not permitted anywhere on the premises or in the apartments.

Private events or parties are expressly prohibited.
