Welcome to the Design Apartment "Emma"

• Whether you're on a family vacation, a getaway with friends, a business trip, or a longer stay for work – you'll feel comfortable in the stylish "Emma" apartment from the very first moment. The 75 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a fully renovated house with a total of three holiday apartments, which are exclusively used for tourism.
• Including a large sofa bed, the apartment offers space for up to 5 people and is perfect for relaxing holidays or productive workweeks. Two spacious bedrooms with comfortable king-size double beds ensure restful sleep. For our little guests, we are happy to provide travel cots and high chairs.
• The fully equipped kitchen with dishes and cutlery for 5 people invites you to cook together. For a perfect start to the day, there is a coffee bar with a Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, and a fine selection of teas – including coffee capsules.
• The modern bathroom has been completely renovated and features a rainforest shower, hairdryer, and a washing machine with detergent – ideal even for longer stays. Of course, you also have an iron, ironing board, drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies at your disposal.
• Parking: Each apartment comes with a free parking space right behind the house. Each parking spot is marked with the corresponding apartment name.
• Tip for larger groups: The entire house can be rented exclusively and offers space for up to 14 people – perfect for family gatherings or team retreats!
