Apartment Jule

Whether you're on a family vacation, taking a break with friends, on a business trip, or staying for a longer professional period – you'll feel comfortable in the stylish "Jule" apartment from the very first moment. The 65 sqm apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a fully renovated building with a total of three holiday apartments, which are used exclusively for tourism.

Including a large sofa bed, the apartment offers space for up to 4 people and is ideal for relaxing holidays or productive workweeks.

The spacious bedroom with a comfortable king-size double bed ensures restful sleep. The second smaller bedroom features a cozy queen-size bed. For our little guests, we are happy to provide travel cots and high chairs. In the large bedroom, we've set up a comfortable workspace so you can spend some workdays from home with plenty of comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen, with dishes and cutlery for 4 people, invites you to cook together. For a perfect start to the day, there's a coffee bar with a Nespresso machine, milk frother, kettle, and a wide selection of teas – including coffee capsules.

The modern bathroom has been completely renovated and features a rain shower, hairdryer, and a washing machine with detergent – ideal also for longer stays.

Of course, you have access to an iron, ironing board, clothes drying rack, vacuum cleaner, and cleaning supplies.

Parking: Each apartment comes with a free parking space right behind the house. Each parking spot is marked with the corresponding apartment name.

Tip for large groups: The entire house can be rented exclusively and offers space for up to 14 people – perfect for family gatherings or team retreats!
